national and professional club level.

On May 2-3, 2009, ASA teamed up with the Canggu Club, to host Bali's very first regional youth soccer tournament, the Bali 5s! This exclusive 2 day event, set in the stunning surroundings of the Canggu Club, attracted 24 Asian U10-14 teams from Bali, Jakarta, Malaysia and Singapore.Supported by Nike, ASA scouted extensively throughout the event for thenext generation of soccer stars. Congratulations to Abdhal and Erzi who have both been selected to represent the National Team U14s in a Tokyo, Japan tournament scheduled for June 2009. Also, well done to Aldi, Aris, Bagus, Bengbeng and Derry who have been chosen for the National Team U14s to play in Paris, France in November 2009. These selections, again, prove ASA's professional coaching methodologies nurture players to national team level. | |
